Project Description 

This infrastructure segment addresses the residential zone dedicated to university faculty housing. The analysis involved deep microclimate testing and solar trajectory tracking to minimize direct solar radiation on residential fenestrations. The passive building design enhancements ensure lower cooling loads and highly optimized energy performance indices (EPI) for domestic configurations inside the institutional setting.
