The project spans 43,299 sq. m across a 3B+G+9 structure, designed with integrated energy-efficient strategies and advanced simulations to optimise performance.
Key highlights:
• Whole-building performance approach aligned with ECBC 2017
• High-performance envelope with insulated walls, roofs, and double-glazed units
• Energy-efficient LED lighting with 50% lower lighting power density
• High-efficiency VRF and chiller systems (COP up to 5.5)
• Solar hot water covering 80% of demand
• Energy-efficient transformers, motors, lifts, and solar exterior lighting
Performance outcome:
• Baseline EPI: 105.67
• Proposed EPI: 92.88
• Energy savings: 13%
• EPI ratio: 0.87 (ECBC compliant)
This project demonstrates how integrated design, simulation, and efficient systems can deliver measurable energy savings while meeting national code requirements.
