We are proud to share the successful completion of ECBC Compliance (Whole Building Simulation Approach) for the Nirwan University Campus. (Jaipur)

Total Built-up Area _ 1,14,363.25 sq. Meter

Through detailed energy simulation and analysis, we achieved significant improvements between the baseline and proposed design:

🔹 Baseline EPI: 114.57 kWh/sqm/year

🔹 Proposed EPI: 101.29 kWh/sqm/year

🔹 Total Energy Saving: 11.59%

These results reflect not just numbers, but a well-integrated and sustainable design approach.

💡 Key Design Interventions Proposed:

 - High-performance building envelope (AAC blocks, XPS insulation, reflective roofing)

 - Energy-efficient glazing with optimized SHGC and daylight performance

 - LED-based lighting systems with ~15–25% reduction in LPD

 - High-efficiency VRV HVAC system (COP ~4.5)

 - Energy-efficient electrical systems with smart controls

Together, these strategies ensured not only ECBC compliance but performance beyond standard benchmarks.
