Project Description 

The proposed office building adopts a modern corporate architectural language characterized by transparent glass façades, open floor plates and flexible workspace planning. While the façade promotes daylight access and visual connectivity, detailed performance simulations were conducted to evaluate the effects of façade design, glazing specifications, HVAC systems and lighting strategies on annual energy consumption.
